Google Images & SEO

I’ve noticed a huge amount of hits to the picture I blogged of Steve Jobs and Woz a few months back. Today, as my previous blog post details, i’ve made sure people hotlinking to this image is disabled, bar from this site and “images.google(.*)”.

Can someone who understands SEO please explain to me how my little blog manages to achieve this rating for a search for Steve Jobs on Google? I just don’t understand how the image gets such a high search rating..!
